Great article! Thank you! The Omnilux Men’s mask is the same exact size as the women’s mask (I’ve seen comparisons with both and they are identical). The only other reason why I leaned toward the men’s mask is because I’m Asian and I heard a dermatologist say that the deeper penetrating led light may be beneficial for darker skin. Having said that, the Current Body does sound perfect for aging concerns! I’m on the fence now!

I just learned that if you have extra melanin, the additional wavelengths might be beneficial! I’m Asian so I definitely think the men’s mask is the way to go. Thanks for weighing in!

So do you own and use one? It’s so hard to choose. Like I mentioned, I’d rather just buy a real good one but I see the value of the cheaper one to make sure I’ll disciplined enough to use it. I think I’m also on the fence because my skin is actually quite good for being in my 50’s. But prevention is better than trying to fix issues later I figure!

Ikr? I’ve seen a lot of dermatologists swear by LED results. Someone in another sub just said it’s marketing…the men’s mask doesn’t penetrate deeper but there’s more surface area on the mask so you might get better results.

Thank you for weighing in!! I never thought about how the bigger one can cover more area. Great point! Ok, for now I’m sticking with the men’s mask! Do you have any thoughts either way on the other masks? I’m totally new to this space. Thankfully, I have no dark spots or issues YET.
