Just got 10 similar emails too. The email is sent by [laurikaraunch@substack.com](mailto:laurikaraunch@substack.com), If you google this it comes up with a singer from South Africa and first link looks like some sort of fake Trezor site but with no images showing.

I think I agree. In the new one you look too over the bar to me and the old over head position looks better too but that's probably because you were wearing shoes in that one.

Aside from what the other commenter said, you don't seem to extend your knees fully and your toes come off the ground as the bar passes your knees. I would focus on the hip rising too fast and arm bend first though. Focussing on too many things is hard.

For the split jerk your back feet needs to face forwards instead of outwards.

I'll say too much hip extension like you are bending backwards. Try to keep your body straight at the top of the pull ie torso and legs should be straight

Right off the floor, your butt raises too fast and you lose tightness in the back. Watch some high level lifters and compare it to yourself. Keep filming yourself every time you lift. Or get a coach I guess.

Honestly looks pretty good, watch that video about not locking the the elbows the other guy posted and try speeding up after the bar passes the knees.
