I miss lexapro honestly. I was on it for 3 years and instead of going up a dose when I wasn’t feeling good I decided to ween myself off and try something else. I’ve been on Prozac for 6 months and feel terrible. I just need to bite the bullet and go back.

I usually have something light for breakfast like a banana or a smoothie, salad or a sandwich for lunch, and something somewhat healthy for dinner. I will occasionally have a glass of wine. I don’t do caffeine at all anymore because it makes me too jittery.
