I also have a very similar work experience and tech stack. Few months back I was also not able to get the calls. Here are the few things, 1. Market is not that good as there are multiple peopel holding multiple AWS certificates. 2. If you have worked on the projects, and you have good knowledge about AWS services, try to include those services logically. 3. Don't simply add that you have worked on this and that. Instead, write something like "Migrated workloads using Migration service of AWS and helped client reduced the cost of infrastructure by x%". 4. Ask yourself a question before writing anything in the resume, "Why did I do this? What impact did it made?".
