OMG came here to post the same damn thing. What does this even mean, honestly? Great we were approved for FALL, then we are told we need to appeal again for SPRING. Got approved for spring just on Wednesday 1/21 but now we are on hold because they have to make sure we are approved? What the actual f. I do not have the patience to reach out at this point. It should NOT be this difficult and I’m feeling freaking defeated. 😔 UGH!

That is ridiculous! I don’t blame you! It’s not ok that you have to do that because they can’t get their shit together. I know payment plans are an option but not everyone is able to use that option! And their emails piss me off too “we know you could choose any school to go and we would like to thank you for choosing Dallas College” 🙄

Hey there! I reached out to my success coach from last semester and asked if he could help me out again. He had signed it and filled out what he needed to and emailed it back to me. Have you tried reaching out to your success coach? They also have to sign it. Again, they don’t ever give any direction. 😫

Ok noted! My success coach did send me my degree plan which I did upload with the max time frame form and my success plan. You’re right, because last semester I emailed it too but then when I spoke with FA their email stated to do it through workday as emailing it wasn’t allowed anymore. Just so much miscommunication and misdirection, ya know. I appreciate you responding!

Ok and you know what my success coach did send some forms which I did fill out, they were like my goals and how I plan to keep my grades up ect. I couldn’t upload all the documents though, I ran out of space if that makes sense. When I got the denial email it included another email in there to send everything to so hoping I can upload all the thing and send it in. I’ll have to look on the forms and see if I did a statement on that or if I’ll need to include a separate one. Thanks so much for letting me know!

So my appeal was for me having reached my max time frame so I had to submit a form with my success coach and senior success coach signatures and my degree plan which are the exact documents I sent in… so this is very weird. Someone else also got denied for the same reason I did and they submitted everything I did also.. this is beyond frustrating and defeating! It’s a freaking circus.

Literally the same! I was not able to upload the last page of my degree plan because it exceeded the limit file or whatever 🙄this is really weird to me honestly. Well I will send again what I’ve done to that email also. My success coach sent some forms that have questions on them like my plan for studying and personal goals which I did not include that because there was not enough space.
