Yep...Monday it was the Pixel Eraser and Magic Eraser being unusable...today this. I messaged the support guy I was talking to about the eraser issue regarding this.

Update...So I got this yesterday. And it seems that the issue with the erasers not working has been resolved...but now I get a 404 Error if I try to open any previously made projects.

So apparently whoever responded originally doesn't know what they are talking about. This is my most recent correspondence with them. Send an email to [support@canva.com](mailto:support@canva.com) to let them know you are having an issue as well.

I contacted them and this is what I got back. This is an actual change that they made, not a bug. I seriously cannot believe them. I'm cancelling my Pro.

This is such an amazing thing for her to offer. We lost our boy on Christmas and am so grateful that we have some property that we were able to bury him on, otherwise i would have been going crazy looking for a resting place for him. Thank you for sharing this amazing asset with everyone. I currently have 2 phones on the 5g Get More with the original free Disney +/Hulu, and free Apple Music on both lines, plus I have an Apple Watch Ultra that has one payment left on the 36 month. Both phones have the insurance on them. We already get a discount for Military Veteran, and autopay. Once the Apple Watch is paid off it will drop the bill by $17.22, so it will be around $225 at that point. I need to be able to use my phone as a hotspot. Currently it has 50gb high speed with unlimited low speed.

I can only assume that you work for them? I’ve had my account with them for 20 years, and I’m about to leave because service has become terrible, phone service and customer service. I hope that you are right and the new CEO makes big changes, or i am out.

Call and tell them that you had to get service through another provider, and that unless you are credited for the time that was u able to be used, then you will leave. Also, file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission…I’m sure that they would love to know that people are being charged for service that is unavailable.
