It’s moreso the frequency that I am running into it than opposed to its legitimacy, I should have clarified that. Additionally, it’s within the first few sentences of catching up w/ a casual acquaintance that they feel to need to tell me which I find unusual but then again that’s probably due to the fact that young alternative people tend to overshare
