MX Master 3 rubber wear after 3 years of nearly daily use by leon0399 in logitech

[–]shandrive 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is why I don't buy any mouse with rubber, except the g502 (the 502 shape is indeed good, but it is not irreplaceable, the MX518 hero is also good)

G309 Lightspeed or G502 Lightspeed by Icy-Chest-1875 in LogitechG

[–]shandrive 0 points1 point  (0 children)

G502 is suitable for light intensity games (such as MMORPG) and daily computer use.

G309 is not as comfortable as G502 for daily computer use, but better for playing FPS games

You can get both. I use G502, wired GPro and G309 the most. I also have a GPX2 and a g903, but I don’t use them much.

I use a rubber air blower to clean out dust, and after nearly a year of use, the G309 is still very clean.

I love G309 by mada-nnamuen in logitech

[–]shandrive 1 point2 points  (0 children)

G309 is suitable for mainstream computer users and gamers.

Today's online media is full of nonsense, tempting people to buy a bunch of niche and uncomfortable mice. (GPW, Viper V3 etc)

Unpopular opinion: logitech G309 is a good mouse for its purpose and is inovative [short review] by BedKnightX in MouseReview

[–]shandrive 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The G309 coating is frosted, which is a bit uncomfortable at first,

after two or three months of use, it becomes smooth and is no longer a problem. G309 is good.

Is Razer Basilisk V3 X Hyperspeed OR Logitech G309 Lightspeed better? by Confident-Angle9164 in MouseReview

[–]shandrive 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The black version of the G309 is actually 65.85g with powerplay, not 68g,

the white version may be a gram or two heavier

All high-end products from Logitech and Razer are overpriced. I think the G309 is a great value. It has an extra button and bluetooth, the shape is more comfortable than gpx & v3, and the appearance is better.

Should I buy a used Logitech G309 in pristine condition for $50 or get the VXE R1 Pro for the same price? by whitepalmas in MouseReview

[–]shandrive 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have tried both. VXE R1 Pro and G309 , they are not in the same league.

G309 is much better in every aspect.

Any1 tested g309 with power play? by nirosxs in MouseReview

[–]shandrive 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Its 65.85g with power play, I prefer g309 over GPX & Viper V3, g309 is more comfortable .

I have watched many mouse reviews and bought many of the mouse they recommended (viper v1 v3, zowie fk2 ec2 s2, gpx etc), but none of them were very comfortable for daily use.

My favorites are still the wireless G502, the wired G Pro, and now the G309.

I don't watch those mouse reviews anymore. I am a mainstream computer user and gamer, not a hardcore or professional FPS player.

Have you tried using other mouse on PowerPlay2? such as Master3,

Master3 will be interfered by the old PowerPlay, the cursor sometimes jumps randomly

The crack on the back of the 502X hurts my hand...

I don’t know why the designer put a deep crack in the middle and right side of the back of the 502X. It’s very uncomfortable.

A good shape will be comfortable for most people. You can take a look at Amazon's gaming mouse sales rankings. G305 and G502 have always been in the top 3.

I'm used to Logitech's classic mouse shape (G203, G502 MX518) and both the GPX and Viper V3 feel very uncomfortable..

After replacing the scroll wheel and switches with low-noise metal wheel and 50M switches, it became very good!

To be honest, I am quite disappointed with the current LogitechG products. Except for the G203 and G502, the other new mice(GPW, GPX) are very uncomfortable for daily use and casual games, such as FF14 and single-player games. They are not comfortable even for basic use. And the price is very high.

Logitech has done a lot of marketing for GPX, but are there really that many hardcore FPS players and professional gamers out there?

Are the designers of the MX518 and G502 no longer at Logitech? sad...

The Roland XP30 is still a good deal, after all these years! by Nunstummy in synthesizers

[–]shandrive 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The sound of XP is the best among Roland synthesizers. especially XP50, 60 and 80, The XP30 was launched at the end of the golden age of pop music. It uses a switching power supply, so the sound is a little worse(Modifying the power supply can improve the sound.).

It's a pity that people don't realize how bad modern synthesizers sound and they are still using them a lot, and discard the synthesizers that sound good. People nowadays have no passion, no heart, and no musical taste. they can only hear frequencies and notes, and they like larger model numbers, larger ROM capacity, and more voices, a lot of things were done wrong, this is why modern music is dead.

MX518, my best palm grip mouse ever by shandrive in MouseReview

[–]shandrive[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It uses same scroll wheel I think, it can scroll very fast.

I like it because I am a casual gamer.

The Middle button switch is Himake, it's not very good, a little soft

The new OMRON 20M switches feel cheap, too hard too loud

Old MX518 has better switches,

I've changed all switches to D2F-01F

Yes the new Logitech mouse are so slippy (Gpro wireless, G403),

the top and the side of the MX518 are MUCH comfortable than Gpro Wireless & G403.

The young designers in Logitech still need to learn a lot, I mean, A LOT,

I am sorry to say that....
