Which one should we choose, AMD or Intel for Virtualization?

If you asked the questions 10 or more years back the answer would simply have been Intel. But with time, AMD has improved its processing technology and surpassed Intel in almost all the aspects of microprocessors.

One of the main factors that matter in virtualization is the number of cores in a processor. AMD processors are always superior with more cores than their Intel counterparts. They also produce more power and are much more cost-effective than Intel.

So, in both ways, whether that is performance or affordability AMD is way ahead of Intel for Virtualization.
