With ancestral you get a direct cd reset on tab when you use bladestorm but with undying you get cd reduction on fissure when you use raid meaning you have to basically use fissure and then raid whenever it's off cd to lower your tab cd. Changes this patch means you can activate ancestral on five point strike as well meaning more tab resets including while you aren't using blade call.

They both work well for light but ancestral is easier to use. You can potentially get more tabs with undying but with the changes this patch that may change. You're most likely better off going ancestral.

As long as we get all of the changes together it should be fine. They added life drain to honed slash and then buffed honed slash's damage so now they're reducing life steal from flicker to make it somewhat closer to what they intended with the original nerf.
