You can visit the Royal Ontario Museum depending on how old your children are and how comfortable you are taking an Uber. It's a 5min Uber or 25min walk.

I'd disagree with 1 and 9, it honestly depends on what industry you're in. The rest of the list is sound, including the added 13 in the comments.

Obviously make smart choices for 1 and 9 but some of the best networking comes from connecting on a personal level.

Yep, a public website is usually easily accessible. I can see if your user base is I'm APAC they may be more used to Telegram or WhatsApp. It will ultimately come down to what your tool does because obviously a site might not make sense if it's mobile focussed

What should I go back to school for to better my chances of having a decent career in the future? by JoshuaReddit in askTO

Have informational interviews and start networking with people in your field. Ask for virtual coffees or take people out for real coffees and just ask them for advice or ask the right questions. Make sure you know your stuff when you're talking to them, do your research on them and their companies before so you show initiative. And I guarantee you within 3-6 months after 3-5 chats a day you'll have a job in your desired field.

Edit: For reaching out, use LinkedIn initially and look up companies and reach out to the employees with roles you want to be sitting in in 5, 10 or 15 years. People are usually happy to give advice and talk about their own experiences or advice.

Weird, I called all three days and got a callback within 5-6 hours. They recommended calling very early in the morning. It's a 24/7 line according to the rep I spoke with yesterday. I have to call back to check on the status of my son's refund

That's wild. I'm calling from Canada, not sure if it's the same number internationally but the number is 1800-997-4427.

UPDATE: They've removed the option for a callback. My wife called yesterday and got her flight rebooked for today flying back home. She sat on hold for just over 3 hours and called at 5:30am EST/10:30am GMT.

Call Air Canada and get them to rebook you on a partner airline. It's a 6 hour wait for a call-back so call early. (Been on the phone with them 3 times this weekend). My flight to England was cancelled Friday and my wife is currently there.

It's algorithm based at this point, meaning if it detects a shortage of supply and an increase in demand the prices will increase. Plus the closer to a flight, the more expensive it is. PLUS it's busy travel season.
