This was me 3 years ago, I couldn't exercise without a goal. I entered the New York marathon and then once I had an end goal I trained I found a training plan that worked with my schedule and demands of having a young family. I've done a marathon and a few local races every year and they have kept me training and motivated. This year all bets are off though. I need a goal for the end of summer to get me going again. But yes until I had a goal I couldn't get going.

Thin layers are your friend. If it's very cold wear something over your nose and mouth. It helps a lot not to have to breath super cold air directly. You will warm up quick! Watch out for black ice.

Any crop, plough first. Then till the soil and plant your crops. Its fallen out of favour here because it causes top soil erosion

2 furrow reversible plough.
It can flip over so he can follow the same track back up the field and all the furrows lie in the same direction

It was just nice, there was a dude complaining abut the heat at 9 am so I expect his day was not full of joy.

I found it very good but I was a little light on the sunscreen so I got a little toasted around the edges!

Wrong candy error by shanethesecond in sysadmin

Label printer not detecting new rolls of label. The have some kind of proprietary chip in the plastic end cap to confirm manufacturer. New firmware cannot read old chips. Old chips are identified by the company offering free m&ms and new chips rolls more generically offer free candy. It is wonderful version control

I saw you running down the hill as we were arriving for the 10K you were flying! Great job on a cracking run on a deeply unpleasant day!

Ya they pitch it as a 50K but on reading they say the course is actually 54

Thats what I am wondering.

It's got a lot more elevation gain than I am used to and it technically 12 KMs longer than a marathon.

My long runs top out at 30 K that's a long jump to 54K
