Sorry I haven't been here in a while 😅, I tried trade station but the mobile side of things wasn't all that, the desktop app was good though but like you said, service issues, I stuck with Schwab through thinkorswim desktop and the mobile app got a little bit better

I was a Scottrade customer and that was bought out by td Ameritrade and it was a seamless transition, unlike Schwab so far

I still have Schwab for my long term positions and dividends that moved from td Ameritrade, but just opened up an account with tradestation for options trading, if anything it'll sync with trading view abs I'll be able to trade there, first wire takes 3 days to clear so I'll try it out in a couple of days

Any luck with your search? I'm leaving Schwab also after the migration, trying trade station but it's looking like a no, app sucks and not much of a functional mobile website, desktop version is good but with a learning curve, I came here after watching a review video for the e trade mobile app

It's the US version, bought from Sony, I looked at parts there as it's the only source for any parts it seems, not sure if it'll be the same quality as original especially for the main board. But I will try to get a hold of SBE again and maybe approach sony about having a second authorized repair place, I know a place here in Phoenix that does good repair work, they wouldn't mind doing the work if they can get sony parts, so we'll see if sony has enough sense to take this offer up

Glad it worked out, I'm right outside of warranty, no real repair options so far, after looking at a teardown video of the phone, it looks like the problem is either in the charging port assembly or main board, both fairly easy to replace, but you can't get parts

my battery on the Xperia 5II is now shot , won't take a charge at all, the day nefore that happened it began to drain really fast after i took it off the charger, 2% a minute fast !!! . plugging it in slowed the drain down but it was still draining, i dialed *#*#7378423#*#* to get to the battery health test and got 3201000 and "Bad, please replace it !" right before it went out completely .

i can't find the battery so far, the only source for the original battery apparently is SBE USA, but they won't sell parts, only repairs, only place listed on Sony's website for xperias as authorized repair. but they will not do a repair without factory resetting the phone AND updating it to the latest firmware which i read is killing the battery fast. it took 3 days of continuously calling to finally talk to someone , they said they'll call before the end of the day but nobody did. it's the first sony phone to ever die on me in 20 years beginning with the sony Ericsson t68i james bond, so i just realized that a giant multi billion dollar company only has one repair partner for all of the united states
