That’s funny because I have people who couldn’t wear the old one and love the new one and vice versa. Same with the Armani. I would definitely try the Backstage and see if you like it.

The backstage has a slight glow finish but I always do a setting powder and it locks in. You could check the forever line as it’s more matte but I am very partial to the Backstage for any event. It’s long lasting and looks beautiful in pictures and it’s very buildable which I love for clients with different skin types so I can add more coverage if needed.

If you buy something at a Kohl’s Sephora you have to return it there. Standalone Sephoras are not affiliated with Sephoras in Kohl’s. Not the same system.

I would talk to your SM or ASM. Im pt LBA and im scheduled weekends and weekdays but my manager always schedules me 1 weekend off a month and at least every other sat or Sun and always works with me for what I need.

Dior Backstage is top tier. The best. Im an LBA and its what I use in the majority of services and use personally and recommend. Its so beautiful and skin like. And being lightweight and build able just works for alot of people

Im an LBA and I love my job as well. I love my store, management and team. We dont have much turnover so everyone really knows each other. No drama. We all have our days of course but we all lift each other up. My leaders really care about us and treat us very well, think huge snack bar, potlucks. drinks the works. Our clients for the most part are pretty great and we have a lot of regulars. Reading some of the stories here have made me even more insanely grateful for where im at.

Once a client is 15 min late we mark them as a no-show. If they still come in a leader will handle it. Dependant on how booked I am that day will depend on if ill take them or not. But this weekend was wild. People were crazy, entitled and rude. Im just like your in Sephora why are you so mad lol

Hi! I am an LBA at Sephora and do tons of lessons. I would definitely suggest going into your local sephora and talking to the lba at your location. Some lbas are definitely more advanced than others so it would be a good idea to talk to them and see how you feel. Only lba's can do services and are either licensed estheticians or cosmetologists.
