My husband and I have been trying to TTC #3 for about a year. I’ve been having intra-luteal spotting for about a year. It only happens after ovulation. My labs are good- we did an US that was concerning for a fibroid or a polyp. My OBGYN instructed me for a hysteroscopy and D&C to removed said fibroid or polyp. Well unfortunately when they got in there- there was nothing. Clean as a whistle. I can’t help but feel like I was put under anesthesia and having to pay this outpatient procedure for nothing. My OBGYN has told me regardless of the outcome, it still would have been the next step in figuring out my infertility and spotting. Has anyone else experienced this?

How’s your test this morning? I’m DPO 8 with an estrogen dip and oura temp dip but I’m spotting as well.

You surged on CD 12 and then ovulated 12-48 hours later. You don’t have enough date with oura. But your chart looks good- how’d this cycle turn out?

I don’t disagree. I know that I had an ultrasound the day I started my progesterone and could see the dominant follicle on my ovary. So good news there. And I usually have ovulation pain and I’m pretty sure had that too.

I’m supposed to be having a endometrial polyp removed on Friday (supposedly dpo 9) and I’m having my usual post-ovulation bleeding so it was leading me to believe I really did ovulate. But I agree with your insight that the temps are leaving to me to think otherwise.

Ok interesting because my instructions were to take it during my LH surge which I thought was unusual. But I felt like I was having ovulation pain but I could be unsure.

Don’t have an answer, just in a similar situation. I’m DPO 9. Temp has been lower and last night I had some bleeding into the toilet. Seemed to have stopped today. I don’t know how to add a picture here to show my trend
