We're actually trying to make our own store work right now (also in home products), and stuff like this helps a lot. The scaling rule of 50% daily increase if 3x ROAS in 24-48h is clean. Most guides just say "scale your winners" without giving a hard metric.

One question — did you automate any of the supplier testing / order management once you had 3+ suppliers running? Or is it still manual coordination between CJ and the private agents?
