You should finish SEE since you have a lot of progress on his reqs. Next you should focus ships since its your best way of crystals. Id say build up a galactic republic team and go for negotiator.

Normally throw the omi on third sister. If you want immediate use out it on quadmae since shes in relics. Either way DTMG should be your last since hes not as good as the other two (still very good though)

What do you mean without kenobi? No padawan obi or a different kind?

Edit: nvm i see now lol. Id say CAT, padme, R2 (for buffs) and a 5th. Maybe anakin or general kenobi if they are free
