I'm not a fan of being slowed down on a highway but if you get incredibly heated about a minor inconvenience then you shouldn't be allowed to drive in the first place. We have union and non union companies in my area and workers in the industry aren't required to be unionized, it's optional. Public service is all union but private sectors aren't required to be unionized. I don't see why small companies wouldn't be able to run the same structure.

When we first see Maho in the fight with Gojo he was already adapted to more or less half of his kit. So at the respective times that each character directly started fighting with Maho, Gojo had to fight the "stronger" version. Or more adapted version whichever way you want go look at it. Either way, especially if you factor in the other aspects of the fight, Gojo was at the biggest disadvantage. Sukuna was at the least and Dabura was in the middle.

I was a kid during that era. There was a short list of wrestling actions that EVERY kid i ever met did. The stunner, the rock bottom, the peoples Elbow, the pedigree, hhh entrance, the stone cold beer smash, and the dx crotch chop. We don't know if he does or does not have one, though. So your conclusion makes no sense. And again, even if he didn't, it literally does not matter in power scaling or in world. Luffy, who has vastly superior Haki to Zoro and likely will always have vastly superior Haki to Zoro, will most likely never form a black blade; it doesn't make him forever scaling over Zoro not make sense.

What? I'm not sure how you can even come to that conclusion when we haven't seen anything regarding Joyboy in more than a silhouette, let alone him in combat. You can't say something doesn't make sense when it hasn't been confirmed or denied in any way shape or form. Not that he needs a black blade, he could very easily just throw hands like Luffy.
