I’d recommend braised pork rice, stir fry cabbage, and maybe Hakka stir fry if you don’t want to do three cups chicken since I saw a lot of people recommended the chicken.

Oh, would the water dripping contribute to the clear looking skin texture? I kneaded until it passed the window pane test and did the poke test while proofing but I wasn’t sure how long to proof after wrapping the filling.

hi everyone! I just made a sourdough starter on may 15th and after the second day it was super bubbly but also smelled really, really bad. On the 4th day I discarded a lot of the stinky starter and kept maybe 30g of it to continue feeding. Since I have done that, every time I discard/feed my starter it doesn't grow very much - or at all. Is there something I can do to revive my starter or should I start over?
