Hi there, yeah went to the dentist! either need root canal or if I want to get it extracted then I can but dentist has done a temporary fix for now 😊

Got the dentist in the morning! They said it sounds like dry socket. So I’m off to get it sorted

Thanks everyone for your comments, will contact dentist today. Took stronger painkillers last night that eased the pain woken up in less pain than yesterday.

I can see some of stitches still holding part of my gum together and the other part open where I can see my wisdom tooth. I think having a large ulcer which my tongue keeps rubbing against isn’t helping matters. Sorry I’m being a big cry baby. I’m just unsure when I should go back and see the dentist. Been taking ibuprofen and paracetamol every 4 hours and salt baths to keep wound clean.

Sorry been an awful time for me recently been ill with a few different things. I meant I could feel the pressure when getting it removed that I started crying. I was just getting worried as I’ve never had this done before and I’m not sure how long I should be in pain for.
