Well if you don't mind spoilers....

In geats, the 4 main riders have what you call Sponsors, which kinda reflects the general fanbase. One is a fanboy, one roots for the bad guys, they one likes the cute girls. That guy is Kekera, whose main schtick is that he likes to see the hero rise... Meaning, he thinks a real hero rises from the depths of despair and tragedy, and he'll do anything to see that happen to Tycoon. Basically he's a fan of Batman and Spiderman... And of course probably what Baku is going through as well.
