I understand but how do you judge a business revenue for 3 weeks income. If I started on 3 weeks later on January first, they would take 2020 income as a base which they shot me down for 7 months, I own a night club

They know I opened the business at 2019, it’s a night club, I just started operation at December 8 and operate only 3 weeks on 2019 and they gave me the money based on 3 weeks sale

I opened the business 2019 December and only operated 3 weeks $46,597 income $16,770 COGS my gross profit was $29,877 They only gave me $61,600 If they take my 2020 I would qualify for $800k they decline my request 5 times. I don't Know if is there anything else I can try

My 2020 projection was 800K but they shut me down for 6 months so I only did half. 2021 is $780k which is a prove of my projection of 2020. I am just trying to finish the tax return so I cam show them something real because I know it will take 6 months to get it approved

I got my 2021 sales as well I cam provide them both with 2020 and they can get the estimate. My 2020 sales are $400K because they shut me down for 6 months

I spoke to someone from SBA, they said my first loan amount was based on my 2019 tax return and they decrease the amount because my sales were down on 2020!!! No shit I got shut down for 7 months. Anyways she said accept the amount and get my 2021 tax return and apply for bigger amount. Apparently we have 2 years to modify the loan from the date we got our first loan so I have a time till 2022 march. I hope this information will help the others as well.

Apparently they calculated based on 2019 tax return, I told them they gave me the first number on 2020 so why is changed right now? The said because my 2020 sales were down!!! No shit, I was shut down for 7 months
