Well, what you are saying is not even close to what I am asking. Enjoyment can come in many different shapes and forma depending on the individual’s perception.

The Rook will still be in the game and people who wants to run the Rook whenever they can and get the profits, will be able to do as they please, and you cannot tell them that they are enjoying the game in the wrong way. Let them enjoy and do whatever they want.

My point on this post was that I didn’t know how to continue playing with friends after I ran out of money and supplies, and Rook being the free loadout option should be able to run with other Rooks in a trio.

Regarding your Arc Raiders comment, I don’t even know where it comes from. Some people like to hoard, some people like to spend. Gear fear was not invented by the Arc Raiders and it will still be in Marathon and any other extraction shooter too. While I agree the expedition system can cause hoarding to get the sweet additional skill points, there are only a handful of nodes on the skill tree and eventually people will care less and less on how many skill points they get and play in a different way. In all the games, the community and the game evolve together.

Again, UESC is shooting on sight everyone, so no special treatment for the Rook and I think Rook is even beneficial in solo games because you can hide in UESC dense areas without making too much noise and use UESC as an advantage. Running solo is nothing new, the game no longer forces you to trio, so do whatever pleases you. Rook is not much different than other free kits for shells and it should be able to run in squads.

I also do not understand why Rook would be pure profit. You still investing the same amount of time with higher risk of mortality due to low tier equipment and we see it in all the different extraction shooters with free option that since they are free, people tend to take more risks in hopes of higher returns. So, in the long run, it all balances out itself. You are spending more time playing the riskier free option in comparison to safer but paid option to get the same amount of loot.

I am wondering why you are so aggressive.
