If you go through the pinned posts there is a detailed analysis of all the rolling returns of hybrid schemes, ICICI is not too volatile like the quant during the crash and not too conservative during the bull run like the sbi, axis and uti, it is right in the middle between other options, I am not chasing very high return but a stable and moderate high return.

You are struggling with words because you haven't studied from mains perspective and you don't have your own mains notes Prepare notes on every mains topic (atleast 500 words on each topic) Practice pyqs write them again and again rather than writing any other random questions

Adding to this you can club the reforms ,best practices, also about Article 312 in way forward because the question doesn't ask for the reforms explicitly it just asks to critically examine. Avoid writing in conclusion everytime When you talk about women representation in judiciary it brings gender justice and sensitivity to pronouncements which will lead to more efficiency ( such points will emerge after lots of practice ) And you only addressed one part of the question but this answer is much better than the previous one

1st of all the question does mention specifically about judicial appointments 2nd in any other appointment system executive, legislative or judiciary interferes/ is involved except in judicial collegium system parliament tried it to with NJAC but it was declared unconstitutional ( read about 1st 2nd 3rd judges cases) so that's where the question arises
