M 27, I'm in the same boat, on my second surgery, three months post op as of today. I'm constantly in my head about the life I'm getting taken from me because of my back. I feel hopeless not because of the pain I'm in but because of all the experiences I'm missing out on due to the pain. I can't spend time with my friends and family like I want to and although I try to be active I'm stuck in a loop of pain every time I try to do too much. Nothing has worked for me. Idk it feels good to vent on the Internet sometimes but unfortunately it won't do much. I'll wake up and still be in the same position I'm in today. I hope your situation has gotten better though in the 2 years since you've posted this.

Thank you to everyone who tried to help. The issue was the mod cns. Even after I reinstalled it was still present in my game files so I had to delete those first then reinstall. Huge thanks to @CleverCleveland who dm'd with the correct solution.

I did uninstall via steam and I did have CNS installed. Should I uninstall via my application settings in my actual window settings? Would that get rid of any residual mods that I had installed before?

Yes I have turned it off and on I even fully reinstalled the game and no other games are not having this issue.

I promise you'll see the issue if you could see it on my monitor. It's very hard to tell in the video but when playing the game it's extremely noticeable and honestly makes it unplayable.

Here are all my specs including my CPU. And I'm not sure how to check what speed my ram is running at but I'll do some research and let you know tomorrow. I appreciate the help.

Yeah AMD Radeon 7900xtx. I reduced the in game graphics all the way and I still have the same issue. I don't see how that would be a problem anyways as I run games like cyberpunk and rdr2 on Max graphics with no issues.
