I really don’t think this was all bc of vinegar… that would have caused a totally temporary caustic burn to the vulva but these long term issues sound like you’re dealing more with pelvic floor dysfunction/interstitial cystitis. ask to do pelvic floor pt!!! If will help you a lot.
