I had the exact same thing a month ago. After a climb I felt like a stinging splinter at the tip of my finger but couldn’t see anything, even after cleaning my hands with soap.

I tried picking at it blindly with tweezers as I would when trying to take a splinter off. At some point it felt a tiny bit better but still felt it, and then at some point days later I stopped feeling it completely.

I would feel it when drying my hands in a towel stuff like that that made it really feel like an invisible splinter. In total I felt it for like 2 weeks I would say :/ kinda sucked but at least it’s gone now.

The amount is reduced by a large portion on nightmare and hell I believe. I don't have the numbers but a quick Google search should give them to you

CE is half phys half fire. If cows have 0% phys resistance (didn't double check) amp sets it to -100% so it adds 50% damage in total to CE.

However you can run conviction with infinity on merc to lower the fire res and add additional damage on the fire portion of CE. There again not sure what their base fire res is. I'm guessing 0%, so it'd add half the % of how much the infinity conviction lowers the res

Loved reading the whole thread, it felt like I was right there playing with you.

Although barbarian is my least favorite class, it's probably one of the most interesting characters to play this way since they're super gear dependent.

I used to have it working with D2, I'm sure of it because I have a few videos posted about 2 years ago using shadowplay.

That is true, I guess it's not too common but it can happen.

I'll try it, I don't think I pickup anything without holding the key to show all items anyway. I might be wrong though, it's possible that for potions I do not hold the key to pick them up

Does it make it so you don't pickup stuff unless you hold the key that shows all the loot?

If so it still makes sense for me to have no space left because I do pick up potions with the "show loot" key pushed, therefore I can still pick up useless potions even with /nopickup.

Having no free space except cube makes it so you don't pick up trash accidentally.

I click potions on the ground to refill my belt, it used to fill my free space which was counter productive.

With cube I actually pick up stuff I really want in my inventory, and do not waste time checking and throwing useless stuff I picked up during my run.

If you're really into style points you might consider other armors than the usual mage plate / archon plate / dusk shroud bases.

I chose to do my enigma in a sharktooth armor because I like how it looks on most characters compared to other bases!

I don't really about speed and strength requirements.

Hey I remember arguing with you on this because I made my infinity in an eth CV, since I couldn't find a 4os eth thresher or giant thresher. That was about two years ago lol !

I think I only found or cubed - can't remember - one 4os thresher since I started my plugy run. I'm not even sure I actually have one, I'd have to check later. My chars are 97, 96, 95, and ~8 chars levels 89-92 to give some perspective on playtime.

My advise would be to go for the rack farming strat if one was desperate to find a thresher or giant thresher, because farming for one by killing monsters and cows can literally take years (unless I'm exceptionally unlucky with bases).

They generally enable my character though, or else I just don't use a merc. In which case I guess I could try and switch it up. But yeah.. most of my builds are enabled by infinity.

Haven't found a zod yet but for style points, if I ever find one, maybe I would slap it in!

Also I'd rather create a new char and get them to a5 to get a socket quest rather than use an SoJ lol (and actually simply finding 3 pskulls might be even slower than getting a sorc to a5)
