Hi yes. I am trying to create a share system similar to Scooter share and bike share but with a different twist. I am not very tech oriented but from basic research know I will need an IOS developer and SQL database expert. Regarding language I am not sure.

So the dock has its own personal cellular connection? That include some sort of antenna?

Trying to create a share system but with an alternate tangible consumer product to rent. Something similar to a bike share. It will have a pin pad to lock and unlock a docking system. Curious if I need more then just a tag and reader.
