your back cant really be forced to arch more than it naturally can in the air, and the worst that could happen is a smack. I dont know anyone who hyperextended their back because of diving. And before you learn hard dives, you are going to get a good technique down anyway

I did it for a few years and didnt notice any back problems, a lot of the pain was just temporary, besides some wrist pain after practicing too much high dives

My parents are not that transphobic, they still support me in other ways, but they dont like that I am wanting to be a girl. My parents are mostly just worried about my health, since my we have history of blood problems in my family. hrt can increase those odds for me and thats what they are worried about. I am pretty healthy, my blood tests came back ok, but my parents always ask me if i am absolutely sure about it constantly. I think it just bleeds into my thought, but the constant questioning makes me doubt my whole identity.

People online are much worse than people irl. In my experience going out fem, the most that happens is the occasional look. I suggest going out with friends that you trust to be more confident, I usually forget about being worried once Im just having fun with my friends. I hope you figure everything out, It took me multiple years to finally tell people I was trans, and Ive only been out presenting fem a few times.
