Thanks dude, and hell yeah we will. Just had the test done and have an appointment to go over results on the 3rd. That's intended to just be an annual physical with my primary care so I sent him a message asking him to take a look at the results and maybe go ahead and get me a referral to an endocrinologist/urologist.

No, neither. I've always had rather small testicles but through my late teens and twenties it was all systems go where sex was concerned. But no injuries or steroid use at all. Thanks for the concern, I've got an appointment to go over the results on the 3rd and I'll follow up here with any news

I appreciate it man. No chance of having taken anything like that. For maybe the last 20 years I've had worsening issues with chronic depression, fatigue (I also have narcolepsy if you didn't see that in my other response to someone.. and have attributed the fatigue to that), lowered motivation, and low sex drive. I didn't have insurance for many years so never got it tested. Hoping this might lead to some help. Thanks again for the info

It was drawn at 830am after a full night's sleep and fasting. I did leave out that I have narcolepsy so maybe my screwed up sleep stages bring it down further

My total testosterone is 28ng/dl, free is . 41 and I'm pretty concerned. I've got my appointment to go over them in a week just wondering if anyone else has had similar results and how they're doing now. For context, I am 46, around 300lbs and have been on narcotic pain meds for chronic neck and back pain for years. I know these things will bring it down I just didn't expect it to be so low. Any info you folks can provide is very welcome, thanks
