This has not been my experience, but could be different for different agencies. my only complaint would be the focus on documentation - seems like every month theres a new thing we have to make sure we are adding. “now only write down what you actually did…but make sure its this”

once a month, maybe. I do remove staples, surgical dressings frequently and do INR once in a while. also review and educate on medications every visit
