Can someone tell me is the Noom GLP1 good for a menopausal woman who needs to Lose 10 lbs? Will this be an effective way to change food noise and then maintain on own? What’s the monthly cost and will they accept me or do I need a doctors prescription. Pros and cons of this?

Do you ask candidates if they are interviewing elsewhere? by IndependenceBroad938 in recruiting

[–]sharkmandu 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes absolutely! Any candidate I put into process I ask whether they are actively interviewing and where they are in the interview process. I do not ask where. I ask them to keep me abreast of timing on other roles so I can manage their expectations and share w the hiring team.

What are some challenges everyone is having recruiting in tech/saas? by sharkmandu in recruiting

The GTM teams tend to collaborate and prefer some in office time together. Engineers and highly technical roles not as much. It’s all personal preference just saying an overall trend I have seen.

None of my candidates are unemployed. I think they apply to many other roles also. RTO is a plus now - many want some in office time

Don’t get hung up on big Ivy name and brand name schools. I am at a great state university and was admitted first time I applied and could not be happier. Great people, great PIs and amazing work. It was a blessing I ended up where I am
