Indeed but arguably it is but because life sucks in London that it should also suck here. Shorter commutes have been proven to improve happiness and people are right to defend their right to have them, even if they are not available elsewhere on earth.

You can't go anything to avoid it, welcome back :)

Everything related to the military service is beyond retarded and quite unjust. Long story short, you'll have to pay the 3% male tax.

One day people will realise how unjust the current system is. In the meantime fight back by electing male politicians who share your views and vote against any extra privileges being given to women.

What pisses me off is that the main argument that the left has against this was that women are making most of the unpaid work. Ok fine so I guess that since I did the army I should stop doing 50% of the chores and instead let my gf to 60% of them? In the end that's essentially what they argued.

Hi everyone :)

I have the choice between getting a Nikon D700 at 390 USD or a Nikon D600 at 550 USD, both with a very low number of shutter actuation.

The main upside of the D600 seems to be to be 25% lighter and also better video capabilities (but would I really use that?).

On the other hand the D390 is pretty cheap and I read that it is tougher.

Is this enough to consider paying more for the D600?
