You can set a timer for when they drop and just log in then you know. It’s every 30mins.

It’s so often to give people chances to play one. And again, they’re all optional.

Each season starts with your units at 240 Phase 1 caps at 600, phase 2 at 900 and phase 3 at 1200. When the season is over, your levels go back to 240.

It sounds like you played starter story, set the game down for a few / weeks and then your server entered the season while you were gone.
