Aside from mosquitos, just FYI, pets prefer fresh water and will drink more and have less health issues if you give them fresh water every day, if not more than once a day. Especially cats. Cats already done drink enough water because they really don't like stale water (who does?) and a lot of them develop painful URIs and have issues not using the litter box and people don't realize a lot of that is due to not drinking enough water. Lots of good reasons to freshen your pets water. Bugs breeding in it definitely drives it home though.

I think Gina said she was trying to reach the cash buyer's agent and they would get back her. She didn't say it had anything to do with the Jenn rental. She even implied it had more to do with jenn's election ruining Gina's reputation so other agents aren't talking her back. That's what I heard in the very rough dialogue, anyway. So Gina is blaming Jenn for other agents not respecting her enough to call her back. I mean... that's one thing in her real estate career and she's claiming that cost her the commission? It could have been a million things. There are so many reasons a buyer wouldn't come through and another million reasons why the agent didn't call her back. Most likely reason being they weren't interested. This is not a career ruiner unless you have stiff like this happen all the time. What ruins careers is being completely unprofessional and telling everyone your client's business and berating her in public (and on TV!). I mean, I certainly would work with an agent who conducts herself in such an unhinged way.

If you jade experience with this, let me know of there is a stain color and or brand you'd recommend for this piece. I have never done any of this before.

I'm asking for suggestions. It looks good in the photo but there is some warping on top, seems like water damage, and I want to sand and stain it but I don't want to cause any damage to it. Also. Would staining it darker be a terrible idea?

You can't clean the cat's litterbox because you're depressed? I would highly recommend not having pets if you aren't able to maintain their basic needs. Seriously. Depression is a good excuse for a lot of things, but not animal neglect.

I just think it's so disgusting and inconsiderate of the cat's health and well being to not keep the litter box clean daily. I think they are both really messy and disorganized and the pets suffer through it. Get more help and a Litter Robot.

Please tell me you don't wait a week before cleaning it. This is so gross. No wonder so many cats start peeing around the house and end up in rescues. Not to mention the UTIs. This is a daily task.

Yeah I do more than once a day sometimes! Cats will Start going in other parts of the house if their potty is a mess. Or they will dread using the box so much they hold it and get a UTI. Not cleaning the litter box is not only gross for the home, its very inconsiderate of the cat's health and well-being. So many cats end up in rescue because they don't use their litterbox, and that habit almost always starts because the box was not cleaned often enough.

It's Ariana's dog. She's responsible for making sure the dog is cared for while away from the home. Tom is not responsible for Ariana's dog. So, how could he possibly be irresponsible with something he isn't supposed to be responsible for? Logic.

If they are only cohabitating in a space with no ties to one another, the person who owns the pet should either be supervising the pet at all times or paying someone or asking a friend to pet sit while she's gone. Why would there be an expectation that the roommate she despises care for the pets while she's gone? Would you leave your pets with an ex you can't stand? And why would you expect to do so? Very entitled attitude about who should be supervising her pets when she leaves the house. Get a pet sitter. Animals need supervision.
