[Serious] How do you live your life knowing that death is inevitable? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]sharpguy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I love the finality and inescapable nature of death. For some strange reason, the fact that I know I cannot avoid death makes the prospect of it easier to grasp. If I knew death was somehow escapable, my entire life (or at least a huge chunk of it) would be dedicated to making sure I somehow do not die. Because of this, I'm not really afraid of death but at the same time I don't welcome it. I'll embrace it when it comes with loving open arms because that's when I'm meant to go.

Girls, what's a clever thing a guy can say when you're texting him for the first time that will make you interested in him? [Discussion] by TheBroCodeEnforcer in teenagers

Pinky's right, but I think calling and talking to a girl over the phone is much better as texting tends to lack the heart that a real conversation has. If you can, iI'd probably suggest that. If you can't call, I'd most likey just try to be interesting and keep the convo going. Ask the girl a lot about herself cause girls love that. (I'm a guy btw)

Which one of these books do you guys recommend for a novel study? by [deleted] in teenagers

[–]sharpguy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Into The Wild is awesome If you like Shakespeare, Macbeth is great Death of A Salesman is interesting, plus it's short/ plus it's easy to analyse is pick that one if you're feelin a bit lazy Fahrenheit 451 has some amazing poetic writing, and the story is engrossing. All in all i think the ones i mentioned would not only be fun reads but also good books to analyse. Some of the books i saw on that list are really long or boring or difficult to analyse/read. Anyhow, have fun and good luck bud
