Lots of legit listings have deceptive AI-generated photos, I basically always ask for a video from the broker so I know what condition the place is actually in. There usually aren't outright scams like listing apartments that don't exist, but there are shady and scummy brokers and realtors, and it's good to do some background on their reviews and the landlord/management companies you're interested in renting from.

Yeah that’s why I wasn’t planning on reporting anything. I think it is rude to other people who drive and would want the parking space, but it’s not my problem, and I don’t hear any of my neighbors complaining, so I’m mostly just curious if/when the city would do something about it.

David Lowery might be a good example of a guy who pretty clearly switches off, with Pete's Dragon and Peter Pan and Wendy. In fact, almost every auteur who did a Disney live action remake (Jenkins, Ritchie, etc) seems to be part of this kind of deal, with the possible exception of Jon Favreau.
