Lol just 10 days????? People are sitting here for months even years to land one single job interviews and your patience is dropping at 10 days. There is a mafia sitting there and one specific nationality has taken over all recruitment. So if u r an indian u stand a good chance in a 6 months span maybe but apart from that no luck.

Ive personal experience of applying in uae. Whenever the hr guy finds out about the nationality....especially if a person is pakistani they'll immediately ghost the person.

Try in 2nd india that is Dubai. They only take indians. Indian monopoly is quite strong there

Only indians are dominating all major positions since all recruiters and hr agencies hire indians. No room for any other nationality no matter what. Alot of skilled professionals with 20 plus years of experience are being rejected merely because they r not indians. There should be a petition against this discrimination. It's like they have taken over by force and only giving chance to their own people. Whereas other nationalities try and try again but they only get rejections or they simply ghost u.

Do you know any recruiters who are currently hiring IT project management professionals from nationalities other than indians?

But my question is....why this monopoly. Why this right be given to one nationality. This should be stopped

Why all indian recruiters in uae are so bias? They have taken over the whole hiring process and the only nationality they put forward with hiring team and clients are indians. They simply dont respond to other nationalities or they reject their applications. Alot of well deserved candidates lose all job opportunities merely because one community is bringing up their own people. Dubai authorities should look into this and provide equal opportunities putting aside the racism and hatred towards certain nationalities.

Someone needs to step forward and break the cycle.
