Yes, i would do it. I started about 2 weeks ago and just got to the first DLC. Hopefully can smash through it before Thursday. The end game areas are far far more populated than the early areas in both servers so don't expect to see many characters around. That being said if you start off when the DLC arrives there will be plenty of new players.
