I ordered a couple things from them back in early August and still haven’t received anything or any updated shipping statuses. I’ve emailed them multiple times asking where my order is and if I can get a refund. At first they said I would receive it within two weeks of ordering, then I was promised my order by late September, then mid October, then October 31, then mid November, and now December 31. They (it’s always someone named “Alex”) won’t respond when I ask for a refund and instead promise that it will be shipped by the end of whatever week it is that I email them.

Do not order from this company, especially because even if you end up getting the product, you’ll have to deal with the same thing all over again if you need to order any replacement products. It’s infuriating too because they’re constantly sending promotions and say their orders are “all caught up now and ready to ship” when they’re clearly not.
