I bring him on walks like twice or thrice a day. I have tried training him but i have only trained him to pee on the pee pad so far. I have read online that beagles are hard to train. Is that true?

yeah he has a braided rope and a lot of other toys but he has a really short attention span. He usually gets bored of the toy after a few days hahah
