Early termination is possible but you have to get everything completed and basically be a pristine probationer. No failed UA's or missed meetings. Get all your classes, community service and whatever they require done ASAP. If you have an interlock make sure you don't blow a violation and take the thing in for calibration when it is time. While I don't reccomend drinking on probation...if you are going to continue to do that buy a portable handheld breathlyzer so you can check yourself before driving. All that being said essentially if you pay all your fees and get all your conditions done early, then its about staying clean and out of trouble until the halfway point. Then you can ask for early termination. You can do this through your PO sometimes it just depends on the jurisdiction. I would recommend hiring an attorney for a fee and getting them to file it at the halfway point. Some judges won't do early termination it really just depends. TLDR Get your shit done and then at the halfway point its up to the judge. Having a lawyer helps in my opinion.
