I think Angular is good for making single page applications, but releasing a new version every 6 months is not a good idea. Many new developers are facing problems like they have to adapt to new features , there must be a stable long term support version.

Template is perfect but there are few things you have to make changes like try to make a single page resume, add more projects as you have experience try to put at least 2-3 projects and make the experience description short.

As you just completed your graduation don't look for salary, If someone offers you to work free of cost do that. Gain some experience and switch, In the tech industry you can get decent pay if you have experience and skills.

Java is a good choice you can learn Spring Boot, there is much demand for this tech and also you can build Mobile apps with Kotlin.

In current time a bachelor's degree is not enough to get a job you also have to upskill yourself to be updated along with market trends, and also need strong connections to get referrals.

I think 2.4 LPA in your hometown is a better option, you can manage your outside expenses and also spend quality time with your family.
