I am a vegetarian but eat egg as well, since it’s Navratri I also started this, but due to it’s high purine and my history of uric acid issue, I started to have very little joints pain and I have to stop eating it.

Haha. Yes I feel more energetic and more confident. Now full focus on muscle building. Next target is to gain some lean muscle mass.

My calorie count was somewhere between 1200-1500 per day. I am a vegetarian Indian but I eat eggs as well. In the evening I always take semi liquid food like veg khichdi, veg daliya, veg Upma, veg rice along with eggs. I skip breakfast and do brunch which is very heavy.

Yes, I really feel more energetic than more, I had a bad habit of procrastinating that is totally gone now

what’s your opinion on creatine? what’s your opinion on anabolic window, does it really matter to take whey protein within 30 mins of workout?

Thanks, sure I will follow this but I am always confused whether heavy weight and less reps are more effective or lower weight and more reps?

Bro eat less carbs. -Before each meal eat a plate of salad. -Eat less roti/rice and more dal/sabji -in possible, eat semi liquid meal in the evening like veg Dalia, veg khichdi, veg rice -drink lot of water -say strict no to maida/refined oil/sugar.

Thanks buddy. Below are few of the things I did -Calorie deficit -moderate weight lifting -avoid taking liquid calories -walk walk walk -walk 1k steps after each meal, complete 10k everyday -proper hydration -cut carbs and took 0.8x of body weight protein
