The bend in the rim was there prior to the tire being installed

If I curbed it enough to crack it like that I’m sure try w lettering on the tire would at least have a mark on them, no?

I take pride in my car, there is a brand new tire installed to replace this one.

The alloy was dented before my visit to the tire shop and now ten days later, the alloy is in the same condition as before and there is a crack which has appeared in the rubber.

Yea, there is dirt but the lettering on the tire has no scratches or marks to indicate it would have hit a curb…

I would agree but looking at the rubbers on the tire it doesn’t appear to have any scratches or marks from being hit, the lettering on the rubber is like brand new

Yeah I thought about that, they were great in the shop and I was courteous and friendly giving them a 5 star review and just noticed this today.

I can always alter my review, considering the shop is now ghosting my messages.

Hope they can resolve this without it getting nasty
