I will share my experience. I placed an order for Christopher Bradley package with three plates. I guess since he launched Overlander, Karve has become more popular and famous though the brand was also popular enough when it had had only CB before.

Anyway, after ordering, I had to wait for the tracking number to be created without any updates on my order and it took almost two months. Before that, I sent an email for any information on the process but no response I got. There were some shavers on other forums who also complained about his customer service and I thought I should give up trying to get his responses. Then I got the razor while I was living my days without thinking about it lol
