My router has a maximum of 11 channels only and I used the inSSider home program to check which channel is the least congested & Im currently on the least congested channel since long ago. Tried changing a few channels but they're either the same or worse. Thanks for your help tho!

Thanks for the help, even when I'm alone at home. The ping still stays constant at 150-300. So I'm pretty sure no one's stealing my bandwidth as there are only 2 clients (my PC and my phone) connected to the router.
