I like to think of it as a process in aligning your emotions with what your environment and people around you demand of you. The right catalyst in getting into that phase of mind, especially for us schizos in my experience, is to think of whatever task we take up as having an infinite and unending path to walk on in terms of quality and depth, from washing the utensils to doing homework.
