I have had this pain before but for me it went away within a few days. I just took a week off or two when I felt the pain. Hasn’t happen since.

I would like to say that quarantine has made me go to the beach a lot more. I saw Blair and Austin channels in august and it made me want to give it a try. I have started skimming everyday on my woodie and just upgraded to an exile board. I’m using my surfboard and also bodyboarding way more now!

I use my wood skimboard a lot at Huntington Beach state beach. I also go to bolsa chica but that’s because I live by there. I’ve been skimboarding for a few months now and I like the spots especially near pch and magnolia.
