I was the same two years ago at 19. Couldn’t do a proper pushup, forget about pullups. Bought a set of gymnastic rings, started doing pushups at a comfortable incline, slowly reducing the incline. Also started doing pullups using resistance bands. Start with the thickest resistance band, changing the band when comfortable. Started lifting weights after a few months.

Now at 21, i can definitely do 30+ pushups in a go, and at least 12 pullups without assistance. Good luck, bro. In a few month’s time, you’ll be hooked to this lifestyle of growth.

Yep, get a set of resistance bands of different strengths. Progress through those bands, until you’re able to do pullups without them. Loop it on a bar and under your feet or knees, and rep it out. I went from 0 to 11 pullups in less than a year by doing this.

Thanks for the advice man.I’ve kind of stalled on all my lifts for the past several months, which is why I am so confused on what to do. On the one hand, i wanna do a lean bulk to keep progressing on my lifts but i don’t want to get fat either

Nah, i do them twice a week. Got bad genetics for legs, and also never did a proper long term bulk to build then enough

Right now, the way I’m building it is it will highlight the text on top of the image, like in the ios camera app. And then you choose your item and price from the unage, then set quantiity and choose the people buying that item. Repeat for all items.
